What This Site Provides

This website is a private reference resource. It does not store official jail records, booking photos, warrants, court files, or prison records, and it cannot confirm custody, release anyone, accept filings, or change a government record.

The site points users toward Columbus County jail records, court-record sources, NCDAC tools, federal and ICE locator channels, and outside search services.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use the site in a way that violates any law.
• Do not use information found through this site to stalk, harass, threaten, or intimidate anyone.
• Do not use site content for hiring, firing, housing, lending, insurance, or other regulated screening decisions.
• Do not try to access systems or data without authorization.
• Do not use bots, scrapers, or automated collection tools against the site.
• Do not interfere with site availability or another visitor's use of the site.

No Consumer Reporting Use

• Access will be uninterrupted.
• Pages will be free of errors, bugs, or security issues.
